I agree that he was unarmed at rhe exact second he was shot IN GOOD FAITH by the Border Patrol.No, he wasn't. There will always be collateral damage in communities where close to 100% of the immigrants are here illegally. This is certainly a false claim. What I don't get is that other countries do it, but when WE do it, there's faux outrage. We don't live in other countries. And in any event I do complain about other countries all the time.
