And as she was attempting to leave, the ICE officer stepped in front of her car to arrest her. At that point, a rational person would have applied the brakes and not sped up. At this point, he felt his life was in danger and lethal force was used and justified as it stands right now. Bring on the investigation and IMO he'll be cleared of any wrongdoing.
