Cops have training that most of us don't. Ive heard some ridiculous arguments like, "he should have shot at the tires." Once a cop draws his weapon he is trained not to shoot at a leg or an arm, not to shoot to disable or wound a suspect. The officer showed a presence of mind that most civilians don't have and i applaud him for his skill and training allowing him to be the one going home to his family after all said and done. |
