Your laws are set up in 2 ways. Hang around illegally for 10 years, but have an American in the family and you adjust status.Similarly, these kids that are below the age of 5, go thorugh the public schools and lived here their whole life, what do you do for them equitably? Your problem is not one of law, but one of enforcement. You all let it get to the point that they are now in their 30's. |
