He was forced to make the trip or be fired. He was not qualified on the Brighton line. No way does the union benefit by allowing the management forcing an unskilled employee to make the trip. In fact it makes the union look weak for not stopping Luciano from making the trip in the first place. After the wreck, several BRT Mgt employees were indicted for 93 counts of manslaughter. That should say enough about BRT's management agenda |
