MLB likes having an international presence.

Mexico has been seriously considered for expansion or relocation.

Puerto Rico too. Well that's not international but not mainland.

Toronto is uber left-wing. Vancouver too.

For example, Canada banned the song "Baby it's cold outside".

Canada's flag is a leaf because to old version was "offensive".

Canada is dandland.
