I also think it's a horrible agreement, but only because there shouldn't be ANY agreement. (and deporting the population is ridiculous) From the start it should have been nothing less than unconditional surrender, just like WW2. When I think of Trump's plan, I immediately think of Neville Chamberlain's agreement in Munich in 1938. "Peace in Our Time". And we all know how that turned out.
