Most of Manhattan is so high that even if all the ice in Greenland melted, they'd still be showing.Superstorm Sandy wasn't that long ago. A little bit of Manhattan is filled in land. The most recent being Battery Park City, which is built on what was excavated for the Twin Towers. Superstorm Sandy's flood reach essentially covered what had been filled in over a span of 400 years. Here's a link to a flood plain map, with various scenarios.
