Later, Jerry.Perhaps it is an oversight on my part but I looked into whether Jerry, or for that matter Ben, ever condemned the torture and massacre of Israeli civilians and the taking of hostages on 7 October. The results I saw stated they had not. It is one thing to take issue with the utter destruction of Gaza and the vulnerability and suffering of its people never mind the fact Hamas uses them, literally in many cases, as human shields, and the policies of the Israeli government, but turning a blind eye to the evil of 7 October so as to better fit a narrative is a cowardly and, dare I write, inhumane act in its own right. Not all but many "activists" of all stripes claim to be concerned for and protective of the innocent unless and until it violates their sacrosanct belief system at which time the innocents are discarded like so much trash. The definition of genocide and terrorism is whatever it is... Luigi Mangione is not a terrorist, Israel is committing genocide, Hamas slaughtered only 1400 Israelis. I thought even a single life is priceless. Oh yeah, Ben & Jerry's regular ice cream is one of the least healthy among premium brands in terms of calories, saturated fat, and added sugar. I'd a thought, knowing its advocacy for a clean and healthy planet, the company would have addressed this issue long ago. This is a convincing compelling coherent call it what you will post and those of you who disagree with it I implore you to give me the benefit of the doubt since I was tired when I wrote it because I drove a couple hours in the early morning to my quote office close quote and still began work before the break of dawn. So yeah, give me the benefit of the doubt and praise my efforts even if you have to lie. Thanks again. |
