It's getting ridiculous. Even the term "transitioning" is gaining wide acceptance but is totally bullshit. You can remove the genitals, pump a man full of female hormones, augment his breasts but you can not alter the DNA. You've mearly given a man a very expensive costume to play a role. He has not transitioned.
