I was in the concourse of the WTC that morning. Exiting the complex at 08:12 that morning. I didn't get home until the following morning. Returning on Saturday the 15th until I was mobilized in January 2003 for eventual deployment, and occupation of Iraq.

I saw the entire WTC attack in 3D living color. Not only seeing the jumpers from the North Tower, but hearing the bang of their bodies hitting the ground. The grey matter of pulverized concrete on the Brooklyn Bridge roadway, with people streaming across the bridge visually like refuges fleeing a war zone.

The odors coming from the pile that was the WTC was difficult to ignore, coming from directly across from Vesey Street.

I will not forget the sensation to the concussion of the first impact to the North Tower building, and the gaping hole will remain unforgettable.

One have had to have been physically down there to absorb what took place, because any description given by a non participant can only be a third hand account obtained from other sources.

Images of the attacks on Pearl Harbor will only remain as two dimensional images, but the Trade Center on 9/11 were a three dimensional event.
