Spoiler alert: It's where the most crime occurs. And the presence of the National Guard doesn't seem to be freeing up MPD to be any more present in wards 7 and 8 either. Meanwhile, there's plenty of troops in places with tourists, FOX News cameras, and Latino populations. |
