It doesn't bring the same societal harms as other drugs but it's still a drug, meaning that for extreme / undisciplined coffee drinkers they can be a burden on others because of their inability to sit still and also deprive themselves of sleep (making them want more coffee, etc.)I think I've said it before but I'm into coffee for the taste so I just switch over to decaf around lunchtime and I can enjoy it almost unlimited all day without bothering anyone or sacrificing sleep. |
