Good point.

I find it odd that the trendy grass-fed butcher shops are in hipster neighborhoods.

One would think they wouldn't care for or support such stores. The Left tends to be vegan.

But the hipster neighborhoods support fancy butcher shops.

$10/lb grass-fed beef.

$16/lb sausage

$5 12 ounces leaf lard

$7.50 1/2 gallon VAT pasteurized milk.
