The tenets of communism include those of socialism. But they go further, to things like putting the opposition into prison camps and worse.

So far, no one has been able to point out any major political view that Mamdani supports that wasn't also supported by Prime Minister Clement Attlee of the UK.

Calling someone a communist just because they are a misguided socialist is McCarthyism.
