When I was younger, we sometimes played softball on a kiddie field because there was nothing else available. Because all of us were strong enough to hit home runs over the fence, we instituted a rule that anything over the fence was out. This made the game more competitive because it eliminated the threat of brute strength. Obviously trans women are physically men, and they retain the physical strength of men. How about we create a rule that trans women cannot finish higher than second? This would give real women a true possibility of winning. Or, we could give true women a half-lap head start, kind of like when women golfers hit off the "women's tee", which is closer to the hole than the men's tee. |
