IINM, there's a Manhattan-only parking garage tax. And of course there's congestion pricing. Minor stuff.

And the real estate tax rate on co-op and condo apartments is effectively a higher rate than the rate on single family houses, which disproportionately affects Manhattan residents.

Of course NYC collects a disproportionate amount of its taxes from Manhattan simply because the taxable base is higher. Income per capita and real estate valuation per capita are both much higher than in the outer boroughs.

Then again, nobody lives in Manhattan any more. It's too crowded.
