There’s a big renovation starting at Green Acres. The vacant Sears* will be demolished and replaced by a Shop Rite supermarket and other tenants including Sephora, Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack.While there’s definitely no shortage of plans nationwide for revitalizing declining malls, most of which are unsuccessful, one advantage Green Acres has is that the company which owns and runs it, Macerich, is one of the best in the business. |
