If you think Pew or Aljazeera are capable of reporting accuratelyMr. T Dude's impression, from his news sources, was that only 1 Democrat vocally supported supported Israel's need to act. That was inaccurate. The Aljazeera article provided linked quotes from several Democrats supporting Israel's actions. Only if those cited did not actually make those statements, then Aljazerra's reporting would have been inaccurate. I would have thought Israel's many supporters on this forum would be cheered by finding out that more people support Israel's actions. Do you find the source of that support to be more important than the support itself? All media have biases. Those biases are usually expressed by which stories they cover, not fabrication and inaccuracy. You won't find fault with the accuracy of what appears in Aljazerra. You might find its story selection unsettling. You shouldn't confuse the two. |
