I am a practicing Jew, even if I don’t do all of the 613 Mitzvot and don’t daven daily. I was a non-practicing Jew for a few years in the 2000s.

In any event, Judaism is an ethnoreligion, so that you can be ethnically Jewish even if you don’t practice the associated religion. Muslim is not also an ethnicity.
