And yet it hasn’t been done despite the right making this claim for years.

But I was responding to your second paragraph. Since illegal aliens count as five fifths of a person for the sake of Congressional apportionment, why would Greg Abbot export these people to blue states, thus playing into Democrats’ supposed goals?
