You will recall I have posted a few studio as well as live renditions of "My Favorite Things" by the classic Coltrane Quartet. Here is another one of a version I do not believe I ever posted featuring the exquisite harmony between drummer Elvin Jones and pianist McCoy Tyner, my favorite jazz musicians on the respective instruments, along with the great Jimmy Garrison on bass. You need only to hear 120 seconds from where I began it at 3:12 through 5:12 to get a feel... listen to Tyner's left and right hands and feet keeping time and melody.
