The 10 percent are the folks who KNOW the truth, but choose to keep it to themselves, for whatever reasons apply. They sometimes work Behind the scenes, manipulating events, controlling outcomes. 5 percent of the people know and understand how the system works, from observation, and other means. They operate on a different level. Standing In the World, but apart from it They are acutely aware of the 10 percent,as the 10 percent are aware of them. In most cases, the 10 percent will try to "convince" the 5 to side With them I've simplified,so You could understand the intricate Everything.
