It's hard to find pasteurized, non homogenized milk.Some farms use VAT pasteurization without homogenizing milk. Family Farmstead in upstate is one such dairy farmer. It hard to find it. You have to go to Whole Foods or some upscale market for it. It's very expensive. Raw milk is never homogenized. I have had it many times. Tens of thousands of Americans do it daily. Personally I find Haagen Daas to be great for weight loss and digestion. Something about frozen instead of fresh works for many people. Maybe it's the fermentation? Anyway I say let Americans have raw milk. Unfortunately the Democrats want to take away much more than raw milk. |
