Most of the priest cases were settled in a class action. People jumped aboard even though they weren't victims but wanted money. It was easier for The Church to settle.Police and media did what they could. The fact that no one snitched would indicate that the perps are members of an ethnic/religious minority where there is a sense of loyalty. |
