The way I understand the law is that if Trump is convicted, he cannot go to prison due to the requirement of Secret Service protection. The worst case scenario is that he'd be subject to house arrest down in Mar-a-Lago with Secret Service babysitting. As for punishment, Being locked up there as big as it is probably is as good a place as any for anyone to do his time. |
