Proven to be true.The "man" basically said that he wants to see you lynched.. Not only is that a threat, it's also hate speech not protected by the First Amendment, and subject to criminal charges. Since he claims to be a "lawyer", he let his "feelings" cloud his judgement. He's knows better, but Im betting that he thinks you don't. You have a case,sir, and you should pursue it. |
