IF A POLICE OFFICER DIES IN A CRIME COMMITTED BY PEOPLE OF COLOR LAW SAYS EVERYONE INVOLVED GETS CHARGED WITH MURDER, NOT JUST THE SHOOTER. DIDN’T A CAPITAL POLICE OFFICER GET KILLED BY INSURRECTIONISTS.
