She was leading an armed mob that had just smashed their way through a secure door. But she personally was unarmed.All of that is true and provable. I never said that wasn't grounds for a civil suit. I was just rebutting the contention by CMM that shooting her constituted murder. The defense in the civil suit will obviously contend that her conduct was so reckless that her being shot was something she brought on herself. That's what we have courts for. |
