A tire iron is definitely a weapon if it is being used as a weapon. And shooting someone coming at them with a tire iron is the same as shooting someone coming at you with a gun. (except in the case of the cunt Jeanine Piro, who as Westchester DA prosecuted and put in jail a police officer who was protecting his father ffrom a baseball bat weilding thug) |
