Throw money at the problem.
That might be workable,if Repukes didn't pocket the money for themselves,then give themselves kick backs and write-offs.
Phoney environmental impact statements, and other wasteful practices that drown EVERYONE ELSE IN TO DEBT..

Yet they don't give a shit about the people they serve.
Just more gas lighting to fill their pockets.
