That doesn't mean there wasn't also a disgraceful amount of violence (not that any violence was OK).And a lot of the property damage came not from protestors but from simple criminals. A colleague of mine witnessed a store break-in orchestrated by obvious professionals who smashed, grabbed, and ran within minutes. |
