They are from an insular community of an ethnic minority.That's why they haven't been caught. Their community understands the severity of hate crime charges so they won't bang them in. I see news stories of Rangers fans getting into a fist fight at a hockey game and the subject is identified and arrested with 48 hours. Why? They're mainstream Americans. These kids, who we'll call Statue Teens, aren't mainstream. They are an ethnic minority and that is why they fly under the radar and avoid arrest. |
