A good deal of you, my fellow posters seem to have angry opinions about many things.In short, I suspect you may be constipated. You may rejoice. A possible answer to your problems may be "100% Natural Psyllium Husk" added to your diet. I have many Rx drugs I take; one is a Water pill to eliminate water build up around the heart. But to not dehydrate I intake water and Psyllium, it is supposed to have other good qualities. If you suspect you need it, read the labels of popular brands and pharmacies house brands. You know who you are. You may get a sunny disposition yet! |
