Over the past 10, 15, 20 years, I find it interesting the jobs where wages have been going up, and the ones where the rates never ever go up.I see some work tha tused to make 3x above the min wage now only making $3 or sometimes even with McD's and WalMart. every industry. THey claim that when the min wage goes up, everyones wages will go up as well. I'm sure the rates the employers are charging are going up, but the pay....stagnant. Even though people need to be protesting high prices, not low wages as a rule, I think there's two enemies here. |
