"Trump, his lawyers, and his escort can arrive at some building on Centre Street at 7 PM and pretty much no one will notice."

I dont think so. Wherever Trump goes, his Secret Service Detail will surround him, block off streets & maybe position snipers on nearby rooftops. Stevie Wonder would notice that.
