Lower Manhattan in the area of Centre St will NOT be the place to be the day when the decision is announced.

My guess is that the MTA will close the Centre St entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge/Chambers St station complex (and possibly the entrance by City Hall and the Municipal if warranted which would effectively close those 2 stations and just have trains bypass them).
