Bubonic plague
Smallpox
1918 Pandemic
Cholera outbreaks of 1854 Chicago & 2010 Haiti.
Aids
Covid
Various natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanos, wtc)

I know I left a few out, but these are what I could think of right now.
