Exactly.At present, a significant majority of people are free to do what they want, and still have only moderate risk of death or long covid. But there are tens of millions who can still significantly reduce their risk of serious consequences by wearing an N-95 mask in indoor public spaces. And before the vaccine, that applied to everyone. |
