And they’re certainly not going to fly the flag in front of the government building of one of the Lander (German state). It belongs as an illustration in books about the topic.I wasn’t going to bring up Nazi Germany because CMM thinks it’s an absurd comparison, but it isn’t. Both states were founded on the cornerstone of the subjugation of humans based on their origin. Nazi Germany just added mass murder to the equation and took it all up to 11. Our ancestors practiced human sacrifice. Should we be proud of that heritage? Our more recent ancestors have condemned it quite thoroughly. Time for Southerners to condemn the confederacy and all its symbols. |
