Some people didn't know better, some were doing it because someone was requiring them to wear a mask and they didn't want to wear it or were uncomfortable.In November 2022, in most public settings nobody is being required to wear a mask -- if you're wearing a mask it is because you choose to wear a mask. So why wear it wrong if it is your choice to wear it in the first place? |
