What do you mean what I meant? I was paraphrasing someone else and also agreeing.

I don’t think it matters. Ultimately it’s unconstitutional as it implicates three of the first amendment rights (petition is the third). It’s only when it gets violent that it’s a problem, but that’s true of all assembly and why peaceful protests have cops posted.
