What kind of incompetent judge would be swayed by peaceful protestors? (Sure, if their families' lives were threatened they might be swayed, but that's obviously a serious crime.)Senators vote on matters of massive consequence as well. And finally, who says the protestors have the intent to influence the judges' decisions? Perhaps they are trying to influence the public and legislatures in their future votes. Protesting in front of a jsuge's home is a good way to get heard on the news media. |
