You don't know the personal situations of the people who are wearing masks outdoors.go to the Union Square market on a Saturday. Or Smorgasburg in Brooklyn. You'll notice a high percentage of people wearing masks compared to people on Staten Island. Or Juniper Valley Park in conservative Middle Village Queens. |
