Thanks. I was happy I was losing weight but now I have to consciously make myself eat enough sometimes to maintain it

When I went in for my heart operation , I lost weight after that.I slowly put back the 20 pounds that I lost. It's not easy, they said milkshakes adds weight, so I did that.:)
