Actually, it's making & possessing, with a possible 10 year sentence... lets see what the actual sentence is, since a guilty plea to a single charge is pretty typical. Attempted murder would probably be a real stretch since the vehicle was empty. .Not sure why this was done in the Federal courts as opposed to NYS. Clearly a long sentence and the virtually guaranteed disbarment are called for. |
