Laws.com agrees with Donald John Trump.

It does not.

The exact words they used are: "influential framers".

I suggest you get a legal opinion, from a different source, as to their exact meaning.

The Constitutional Convention lasted from May to September. A letter took about 2 months to cross the Atlantic and get delivered in those days. Whatever Jefferson's "influence" on the Convention might have been, it would have been very brief and he would not have been privy to the secret deliberations that took place.
