Laramie County Wyoming has 25 ICU beds in its hospitals. 22 are currently occupied (14 with Covid patients and 8 with non-Covid patients). That leaves only 3 ICU beds left.Should an automobile collision, tornado, gas explosion, etc. with many seriously injured occur, their hospital facilities would not be able to handle it. The students actions might easily occupy their remaining 3 beds. |
