A few Physicists Recommend Outdoor Mask Usage To Prevent COVID Infections. Just a study. The wind actually would dissipate the virus into small non infectious doses. As a matter of fact (my opinion) by now almost everyone has gotten some non-infectious doses and have some degree of immunity. That's basically why in my opinion the numbers are much smaller than 2020.
