Oh, and just for clarification, what apparently occurred was that some voters in one polling place--all of whom identified themselves as Republicans--claimed they "were told their votes had "already been cast". These individuals were given provisional ballots (as is the usual procedure) while inspectors examined the voting machines. Normal voting resumed shortly thereafter.
